Spycher Brothers is an Almond Processor/Handler that takes responsibility for continually improving practices and actions, in order to maintain high standards in ethical conduct and support all employees with dignity and respect. On January 1, 2012, the California Transparency in Supply Chain Act of 2010 (SB 657) went into effect in the State of California. The Act affects qualifying retailers and manufacturers to combat the use of slave labor or human trafficking in the Supply Chain. The obligations under the Act extend to qualifying businesses whether based inside or outside of California.
